Human Rights Policy

Our commitment to respect and promote human rights across nationalPC operations and supply chains.

Last updated: 11 Nov 2025 • Owner: Compliance & Legal

Our Commitment

HUBEFFECT INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("nationalPC", "we", "our") is committed to respecting all internationally recognized human rights, as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the International Labour Organization (ILO) Core Conventions, and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs). We strive to prevent, mitigate, and remediate adverse human rights impacts linked to our business activities, products, and services.

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, interns, directors, and suppliers working with nationalPC.

Scope & Applicability

Our policy covers our own workforce and extends to our business partners and suppliers. We expect all third parties to uphold equivalent standards and to cascade these expectations within their own supply chains.

Standards We Follow

Non‑discrimination & Equal Opportunity

Employment decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and business needs, without discrimination on the basis of caste, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, nationality, or any other status protected by law.

Prohibition of Forced & Child Labor

We prohibit all forms of forced, bonded, or involuntary labor, and do not employ anyone below the legal minimum working age. Young workers are protected from hazardous work.

Fair Wages, Benefits & Working Hours

We pay at least the applicable minimum wages and provide legally mandated benefits. Working hours, including overtime, comply with local laws and industry standards.

Freedom of Association & Collective Bargaining

We respect employees’ rights to organize, join associations, and bargain collectively in accordance with applicable laws.

Health, Safety & Well‑being

We maintain a safe and healthy workplace, implement preventive controls, and provide training and protective equipment as appropriate.

Privacy & Data Protection

We respect personal privacy and process personal data responsibly and lawfully.

Community, Environment & Land Rights

We seek to avoid adverse impacts on local communities and the environment, and support responsible sourcing that respects land, water, and resource rights.

Human Rights Due Diligence

  • Assess salient human rights risks in our operations and supply chains.
  • Integrate & act to prevent or mitigate identified risks.
  • Track effectiveness through KPIs, audits, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Communicate openly on progress via reports and disclosures.
  • Remediate adverse impacts that we cause or to which we contribute.

Expectations for Suppliers & Partners

Suppliers must adhere to our Supplier Code of Conduct, maintain transparent records, cooperate with assessments, and implement corrective actions where required.

Grievance & Speak‑Up

We provide safe, confidential channels for raising concerns without fear of retaliation. Reports may be made via email to compliance@nationalpc.in or via our Whistleblower & Non‑Retaliation Policy.

Governance, Training & Review

The Compliance & Legal team oversees this policy and provides periodic training. The Board (or designated committee) receives regular updates on human rights risks and performance.

This policy is reviewed at least annually and updated as needed to reflect evolving standards and regulations.
