At nationalPC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and believe in fair trade practices. We aim to make our cancellation, return, and refund policies as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.

This page outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with us.


Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

  • Order Placed by Mistake – If you accidentally placed an order and do not require the product.
  • Items No Longer Needed – If you decide that you do not need the items in your order.

Cancellation by nationalPC

  • Product is Out of Stock – If the item(s) in your order become unavailable after placing the order.
  • Suspected Fraudulent Orders – If we detect irregular or suspicious transactions that pose a security risk.

Important Cancellation Conditions

  • ⚠️ Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
  • ⚠️ If the order has already been processed and dispatched, we cannot cancel it. You may reject the package upon delivery.
  • ⚠️ Express Delivery Orders (same-day or next-day delivery) cannot be canceled once placed.

Cancellation Fee: No cancellation fees apply if the request is made within 24 hours.


Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy for most products.

Eligible Conditions for Returns & Replacements

  • ✔️ Dead on Arrival (DOA) – Product is non-functional on arrival.
  • ✔️ Defective Product – Product does not work as per manufacturer specifications.
  • ✔️ Wrong Product Delivered – If you received a product different from what you ordered.

Special Case: Physically Damaged Product

If you receive a physically damaged product, you must initiate a return or replacement within 24 hours of delivery.

Replacement Clause

  • Physically Damaged Products – Request within 24 hours.
  • DOA or Defective Products – Request within 7 days.

Conditions for Successful Returns

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Include original brand box, MRP stickers, serial number tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
  • Returned products will be tested by a technician to verify the issue.

Return & Replacement Approval Process

  • Returned items must reach our warehouse for inspection.
  • If found functional, the request may be rejected.
  • If approved, a replacement will be dispatched or a refund processed.

Refund Policy

  • 💳 Order Canceled within 24 Hours – Full refund.
  • 💳 Successful Return Processed – Refund as per eligibility.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refund initiated within 3–4 business days after approval.
  • Banks may take 3–7 additional days to reflect the amount.

Refund Method

  • ✔️ Online Payments – Refunded to the same account used.
  • ✔️ Bank Transfer & UPI Orders – Refunded via NEFT/RTGS/UPI.
  • ✔️ COD Orders – Refunded through Bank Transfer.

Refund Status Tracking

You will be notified by email/SMS once the refund is initiated.


Important Terms & Conditions

  • Customer Responsibility: Provide correct shipping address and contact details.
  • Return Testing Process: Products returned will be tested by our expert team.
  • Final Decision: nationalPC reserves the right to accept or reject requests.
  • Transit Insurance: All our shipment has transit insurance. Anything happen in transit like damage or lost, nationalPC has full responsibility. Only request you to make a video at the time of package opening, so that you can claim if any mishalf happens with your shipment.
