At nationalPC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and believe in fair trade practices. We aim to make our cancellation, return, and refund policies as straightforward and hassle-free as possible.
This page outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with us.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Customer
- ✅ Order Placed by Mistake – If you accidentally placed an order and do not require the product.
- ✅ Items No Longer Needed – If you decide that you do not need the items in your order.
Cancellation by nationalPC
- ✅ Product is Out of Stock – If the item(s) become unavailable after placing the order.
- ✅ Suspected Fraudulent Orders – If we detect irregular or suspicious transactions.
Important Cancellation Conditions
- ⚠️ Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
- ⚠️ If the order is processed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible. You may refuse the delivery.
- ⚠️ Express Delivery Orders (same-day or next-day) cannot be canceled once placed.
Cancellation Fee: No cancellation fees apply if cancellation is done within 24 hours.
Return & Replacement Policy
We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy for most products.
Eligible Conditions for Returns & Replacements
- ✔️ Dead on Arrival (DOA) – The product is non-functional on arrival.
- ✔️ Defective Product – The product does not work as per manufacturer specifications.
- ✔️ Wrong Product Delivered – If the delivered product differs from what you ordered.
Special Case: Physically Damaged Product
If you receive a physically damaged product, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacement Clause
- Physically damaged products – Request within 24 hours.
- DOA or defective products – Request within 7 days.
Conditions for Successful Returns
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- The package must include the original box, MRP stickers, serial number tags, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.
- Products will be inspected by a technician before approval.
Return & Replacement Approval Process
- Returned items must reach our warehouse for inspection.
- If the product is found to be functional, the request may be rejected.
- If approved, a replacement will be sent or a refund processed.
Refund Policy
- 💳 Order canceled within 24 hours – Eligible for full refund.
- 💳 Successful return – Refund processed as per eligibility.
Refund Processing Timeline
- Refund is initiated within 3–4 business days after approval.
- Banks may take 3–7 additional days to reflect the refund.
Refund Method
- ✔️ Online Payments – Refunded to the same payment method.
- ✔️ Bank Transfer & UPI Orders – Refunded via NEFT/RTGS/UPI.
- ✔️ COD Orders – Refunded through Bank Transfer.
Refund Status Tracking
You will be notified by email/SMS once your refund is initiated.
Important Terms & Conditions
- ✅ Customer Responsibility: Provide correct shipping address and contact details.
- ✅ Return Testing Process: Products returned will be tested by our expert team.
- ✅ Final Decision: nationalPC reserves the right to accept or reject requests based on product condition.
- ✅ Transit Insurance: All our shipment has transit insurance. Anything happen in transit like damage or lost, nationalPC has full responsibility. Only request you to make a video at the time of package opening, so that you can claim if any mishalf happens with your shipment.
- ✅ Restocking Fee for Intentional Cancellations:
If any customer intentionally cancels an order, cancels a pre-booking order, or cancels a rare / special-order item, nationalPC will deduct 10% of the order value as restocking fees from the refund amount. This is to cover administrative, processing, packaging, and allocation costs incurred by nationalPC.
