This page outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with us.


Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Below are the circumstances under which an order can be canceled by either the customer or nationalPC.

Cancellation by Customer

You may request an order cancellation under the following situations:
Order Placed by Mistake – If you accidentally placed an order and do not require the product.
Items No Longer Needed – If you decide that you do not need the items in your order.

Cancellation by nationalPC

We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
Product is Out of Stock – If the item(s) in your order become unavailable after placing the order.
Suspected Fraudulent Orders – If we detect irregular or suspicious transactions that pose a security risk.

Important Cancellation Conditions

⚠️ Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellation requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
⚠️ If the order has already been processed and dispatched, we cannot cancel it. However, you may reject the package upon delivery.
⚠️ Express Delivery Orders (same-day or next-day delivery) cannot be canceled once placed.

💰 Cancellation Fee:

  • No cancellation fees apply if the request is made within 24 hours.

Return & Replacement Policy

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy for most products, ensuring our customers receive the best service.

Eligible Conditions for Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of product delivery if:
✔️ Dead on Arrival (DOA) – The product is non-functional or does not turn on upon arrival.
✔️ Defective Product – The product does not work as per manufacturer specifications.
✔️ Wrong Product Delivered – If you received a product different from what you ordered.

Special Case: Physically Damaged Product

If you receive a physically damaged product, you must initiate a replacement or return request within 24 hours of delivery.
⚠️ Requests beyond 24 hours for physical damage will not be accepted.

Replacement Clause

💡 nationalPC provides a free replacement for damaged, DOA, or defective products, provided the request is raised within the allowed timeframe.

📌 Replacement Request Timelines:

  • Physically Damaged Products: Request within 24 hours of delivery.
  • DOA or Defective Products: Request within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Successful Returns

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The product must include:
    • Original brand box
    • MRP stickers and serial number tags intact
    • User manual, warranty cards, and all included accessories
  • The return will be tested by a technician to ensure the issue is genuine.

Return & Replacement Approval Process

  • The original item must be returned to our warehouse for inspection.
  • If the product is found to be functioning correctly as per manufacturer documentation, the return/replacement request may be rejected.
  • If the request is approved, a replacement will be dispatched or a refund will be processed.

Refund Policy

A refund is applicable under the following conditions:
💰 Order Canceled (Within 24 Hours): If the order was canceled before dispatch.
💰 Successful Return Processed: If the returned product meets the return eligibility criteria.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Eligible refunds are initiated within 3-4 business days after return approval.
  • Banks may take an additional 3-7 working days to process the refund to your account.

Refund Method

✔️ Online Payment Refunds – If paid via debit/credit card, UPI, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded to the same account used for the transaction.
✔️ Bank Transfer & UPI Orders – Refunds will be transferred via NEFT/RTGS/UPI to the customer’s bank account.
✔️ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Refunds for COD orders will be processed via Bank Transfer.

Refund Status Tracking

You will be notified via email and SMS once the refund is initiated. If you do not receive the refund within the expected timeline, you may contact us, and we may request a bank statement for verification.
