Orders & Payments

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email & SMS. You can track it on the courier partner’s website.

Metro cities: Next-day delivery (in most cases). Non-metro cities: 3-5 business days. International: Depends on location and customs clearance.
✔️ Same-day delivery is available for Kolkata customers (for in-stock items).
Standard shipping is FREE for all orders. For faster shipping or by-air shipment, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.📌 International shipping rates vary based on location.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy for the following reasons: ✔️ Dead on Arrival (DOA) products ✔️ Defective products (not working as per specifications) ✔️ Incorrect item received📌 Returns for physically damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
