Domestic (India) SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • nationalPC has 5 different warehouse at Kolkata, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Chennai and Mumbai for fastest delivery at every pin codes across India.
  • In-store pickup is only available from our Kolkata warehouse.
  • All shipping will be processed from our different warehouse based on customer shipping address.
  • All orders will deliver on next working day on all metro city. Sometimes it will take 1 day extra depends on pin codes.
  • All orders require 3-5 business days for non metro city.
  • We have tie up with Samrtr, BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC and GATI, Leading Indian Courier Companies.
  • We have same day delivery services for Kolkata Only.
  • nationalPC does not process orders during the weekend.
  • nationalPC does not guarantee same day shipping.


International Shipping Information

  • nationalPC can sip product anywhere in the World. Please check the shipping options at the checkout page.
  • nationalPC has tie-up with FedEx International. All the FedEx serviceable pin code from all over the world can be delivered.

We provide shipping and cover all postal codes in India, including over 23,000 cities across India.
Postal codes not covered by any Courier Company will be shipped by Speed Post (India Post). So if the shipping address is in India - yes we can ship your order.

Majority of our orders are shipped within 24 hours of the order confirmation. Orders confirmed after 1:00 PM on a working day, are shipped the next day.

Express shipping orders, where applicable, are shipped the same day with a cut-off time of 4:00 PM.

We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
If you have ordered on Sunday (or Public Holiday), order confirmation happens on next working day.

While we shall endeavor to ship all products in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability. We appreciate your understanding in this case.

If you have ordered multiple components for a PC, and you would want us to assemble before shipping, please expect delays in shipping of your order accordingly.

Yes. We will update the tracking number against order, in your account. You can check the same by logging on to your account. You will be notified over email and/or SMS as well.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. Based on experience, leading logistic partners in India have an estimated delivery time of 2-5 days for most shipments. COVID-19 situation or other local regional factors might impact some delivery timelines though.

Our Courier personnel are experienced at making deliveries to Hostels/PG/Cantonment/Enclosed Premises.
However, please be aware to make the following information available to us during order placement:

  • Hostel/Building name
  • Full address and Landmark
  • Telephone number of the recipient
  • The name of the recipient
  • Room/Cubicle/Floor number of the recipient

The recipient needs to either come to the gate of the premises to collect the delivery or send someone on his/her behalf after coordinating with the delivery person. The order can be handed over to security person or the order will be left at the reception and the order will be assumed as executed.

Orders can be delivered only in the serviceable postal codes. You can check if we serve at your shipping address by entering pin code on the product page. Otherwise, feel free to contact us to confirm if we deliver to your postal code.
The delivery of your order will be attempted only once at the address as provided in the order. In case where delivery is not done due to following reasons, our Logistic partners would hold the package at their warehouse for next 24 hours before dispatching it back to us:
  • Delivery not done due to wrong address.
  • Recipient not available.
  • Premises locked.
  • Incorrect contact or extension number; contact number not working / no reply / not reachable.
  • Recipient refused the products.

In such cases, you shall contact us to request reschedule of the order. Though we cannot guarantee the same once RTO is initiated by the delivery partner.
