nationalPC believes in fair trade and will do everything to assist its customers to the fullest extent possible. We have an easy cancellation, return, and refund policy. To understand it better, please refer to the sections below.
A customer may cancel an order in the following circumstances:
An order can be cancelled in the following situations by nationalPC:
Once the order has been processed and dispatched, order cancellation requests cannot be initiated. This is only because nationalPC may not have control over the logistics services at various checkpoints. Any order, if dispatched, will attempt to be delivered to the customer (which the customer can reject).
nationalPC offers a 7-day return policy on major products, except where categorically stated otherwise. More details on this policy are explained below.

In the rare event that you receive a physically damaged product, please create a replacement or return request within 24 hours of order delivery. Raising a replacement or return request any time after 24 hours of order delivery will result in your replacement or return request being rejected.
Replacement Clause: All physically damaged, dead-on-arrival (DOA), or defective products are eligible for a free replacement by nationalPC, should a customer choose replacement over return.
A replacement request for physically damaged products must be created within 24 hours of order delivery.
A replacement request for dead-on-arrival (DOA) or defective products must be created within 7 days of order delivery.
Please keep the product items in their original condition, with the brand outer box intact, MRP tags or stickers intact, the user manual, warranty cards, and all original accessories in the manufacturer's packaging, for a successful return.
A refund approval or replacement dispatch will initiate after the original product:
All products for return or replacement will be tested under the supervision of an expert technician chosen by nationalPC to ensure a zero-error return or replacement. A return or replacement request against a product that is found to be functioning well as per its product documentation will be rejected.
A refund is applicable if:
We endeavor to initiate an eligible refund within 3–4 business days. Further, it may take an additional 3–7 working days for the banks to process the refund to the customer's bank account.
If the payment was made through our payment gateway, then it will be refunded to the same account. In the case of bank transfers and UPI orders, refunds will be processed only in the buyer's bank account via NEFT, RTGS, or UPI. Refunds, in any case, usually take a working week to reflect in your bank account. We appreciate your understanding and patience in this matter.
You will be notified when a refund has been initiated by us. In case of any refund discrepancies, we may request that you share with us your bank statement and/or follow up with your bank.
