nationalPC Return Policy

Replacement is applicable for the following cases:

  • If the package or product is damaged during transit.
  • Received an un-sealed product.
  • If product is not working at first attempt.

Please report the above cases as soon as possible. Maximum timeline to report this issue is 2 days after you received the package. To report the problem, send us a mail at support@nationalpc.in or use the following link: https://nationalpc.in/return-request.html

For any technical problem, please communicate with respective brand company. You can also send us a mail to support@nationalpc.in we will forward that mail on behalf of you to the respective company representative.

Return and Refund Policy:

  • Refund value (if applicable) against cancellation of any order will apply 2% extra charges of the total cart value if cancelled before packed status and 5% extra charge of total cart value if cancelled after dispatched.
  • Shipping charges (both sides) will be applicable in case of any order returned to us after the order has been dispatched.
  • Refund (after deductions) will be initiated only after we received the products.
  • Decisions in all circumstances made by nationalPC will be final.
