This page outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience with us.
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Below are the circumstances under which an order can be canceled by either the customer or nationalPC.
You may request an order cancellation under the following situations:
✅ Order Placed by Mistake – If you accidentally placed an order and do not require the product.
✅ Items No Longer Needed – If you decide that you do not need the items in your order.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following cases:
✅ Product is Out of Stock – If the item(s) in your order become unavailable after placing the order.
✅ Suspected Fraudulent Orders – If we detect irregular or suspicious transactions that pose a security risk.
⚠️ Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellation requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
⚠️ If the order has already been processed and dispatched, we cannot cancel it. However, you may reject the package upon delivery.
⚠️ Express Delivery Orders (same-day or next-day delivery) cannot be canceled once placed.

We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy for most products, ensuring our customers receive the best service.
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of product delivery if:
✔️ Dead on Arrival (DOA) – The product is non-functional or does not turn on upon arrival.
✔️ Defective Product – The product does not work as per manufacturer specifications.
✔️ Wrong Product Delivered – If you received a product different from what you ordered.
If you receive a physically damaged product, you must initiate a replacement or return request within 24 hours of delivery.
⚠️ Requests beyond 24 hours for physical damage will not be accepted.
???? nationalPC provides a free replacement for damaged, DOA, or defective products, provided the request is raised within the allowed timeframe.

A refund is applicable under the following conditions:
???? Order Canceled (Within 24 Hours): If the order was canceled before dispatch.
???? Successful Return Processed: If the returned product meets the return eligibility criteria.
✔️ Online Payment Refunds – If paid via debit/credit card, UPI, or Net Banking, the amount will be refunded to the same account used for the transaction.
✔️ Bank Transfer & UPI Orders – Refunds will be transferred via NEFT/RTGS/UPI to the customer’s bank account.
✔️ Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Refunds for COD orders will be processed via Bank Transfer.
You will be notified via email and SMS once the refund is initiated. If you do not receive the refund within the expected timeline, you may contact us, and we may request a bank statement for verification.
✅ Customer Responsibility: Ensure that you provide the correct shipping address and contact details to avoid any issues.
✅ Return Testing Process: Products returned will be tested by our expert team before processing refunds/replacements.
✅ Final Decision: nationalPC reserves the right to accept or reject a return/refund request based on the product condition and compliance with the policy.
